When
my husband and I learned we were expecting our first child, we wanted
to remember every part of our pregnancy. Part of that journey was documenting
it through photographs. I saw a gallery of Heather's work, and knew immediately
that I had to have her photograph me to capture this special time in my
life. Heather made me feel beautiful, and was so easy and fun to work
with. Her relaxed demeanor and fun personality made my session feel like
I was a model, and I truly felt beautiful in this new, pregnant skin.
Now that we have our daughter, I reflect on the images often, and am so
glad we chose to have portraits made. We signed up for the "Watch
me Grow" program, and look forward to more beautiful documentation

When
I decided that I wanted to have professional photos taken of my two
sons, it was very important to me that the images capture the different
facets of their personalities. Heather spent a lot of time, through
emails and the consultation session, discussing how this could be accomplished.
She helped us decide on details such as location and clothing and by
the day of the session, I was comfortable that everything had been put
in place to capture some great images. On the day of the session, Heather
took the time to develop a rapport with both boys. It was important
to me that I have images of my sons interacting, and she was incredibly
patient and creative as we tried to capture that when my toddler was
more interested in playing in the dirt. |
